C&W is proud to partner with the Kiewit Corporation on Foothill Transit Constructors’ Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Phase 2A and the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening projects. C&W installed the right-of-way fence, cable rail and I-210 bridge rail on the Gold Line project.
The tracks for the Gold Line extension goes from Pasadena to Azusa, and the 11.5-mile leg of the line is more than 50 percent complete. When the Gold Line opens for service from Pasadena to Azusa, it will take about 17 minutes to travel the tracks that link Arcadia, Monrovia, Duarte, Irwindale and Azusa.
The line’s scheduled to open in the spring of 2016.
C&W is thankful for the opportunity to serve California’s transportation safety needs.
